The rankings made on the basis of annual earnings, listed nightclubs across the US, while reporting a 3.9 percent jump in total annual revenues as this industry continues to grow. The chief contributor, Las Vegas, was sure to be highlighted as it remains to be the principal contributor in the field.

TOPPERS OF VEGAS NAMED

XS: Climbing into a tie for the top position, XS is the new hot spot for the partiers with DJ royalty like Avicii, Calvin Harris and Tiesto. With a significant increase in revenues from last year, XS is the mega-club that draws attention of the nightlife lovers owing to its happening events calendar. With the décor to see and the music to enjoy, XS is the pick of the bunch.

MARQUEE: Like last year, Marquee holds number 1 position, albeit sharing rewards with XS this time. Since its opening on New Year’s Eve in 2010, Marquee has been the people’s magnet setting the annual revenues record in 2010 and then breaking it this year. Leading the pack of Las Vegas nightclubs, Marquee has been successful in maintaining its reputation with genre-spanning music and intimate décor. Costumed dancers and ahead-of-the curve DJ’s are the main attraction at this multi-floor party venue.

TAO: Making it a point to continually drawing the party lovers, Tao stayed at number 3 keeping last year’s revenue bracket. Popular for its restaurant and lounge, this high-ceiling Asian nightclub is globally recognized on the canvas of nightclubs.

SURRENDER: Making the most significant leap from 8th to the 5th spot is Surrender, a Wynn-property venture. The resident A-list DJ’s and the décor designed by Roger Thomas are its main highlights eloquently matching the upscale night scene of Vegas.

PURE: Slipping down two positions, Pure stands on 6th spot keeping strong among its newer and trendier counterparts.

TRYST: Staying steady in 2011, but exhibiting accelerated growth from 13th to the 8th spot in the top ten this year, Tryst is not a name unknown to the Vegas nightlife. With its notable 90-foot all waterfall and luxurious red décor, Tryst stayed a point of attention for its customers enabling it to jump in its revenues.

LAVO: Also making a mark from among the Las Vegas nightclubs, Lavo at Palazzo, progressed from 12th to the 9th position. The intimate, yet energetic dance floor of Lavo continues to remain eminent parallel to its terrace and lounge.

While it can be arguably said that the remaining list of the top 100 nightclubs in the US will be equally striking, the experience at the top 10 is unbeatable. With top nightclubs concentrated in Las Vegas, one can experience the array of different night scenes without having to spend on air fare.
